Shingles Above -- Inspections Below

Today a big truck loaded with shingles pulled up and roofers began nailing them on.

Meanwhile inside, the city building inspector was checking out the plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. Jeff said he was being "very thorough".
Good.

I noticed something new on the lot.

I think we'll be seeing additional changes to the exterior soon!

Also, I brought in a new item myself today. Guess what it is!
