Amity (noun) Friendship, mutual understanding, a peaceful relationship

Short note:   There is one other item that is new since the last post. Since the property will have to be subdivided, we had to come up with a name for the subdivision. We decided on Amity Court. I think it would be great to have the name on some sign or rock by the entrance to the driveway but that is perhaps a low priority expense.
